You can now reserve a grooming appointment online. Simply use our booking option to schedule an appointment today!

Once appointments are requested, they are verified by our staff to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your grooming date and time.

Cancellation Policy: All grooming appointments cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Late-Arrival Policy:

To ensure our operations run smoothly and our client’s pet return home happy and safely, we do not house multiple pets for extended periods of time.

We kindly request that you pick-up your pet promptly after your grooming appointment has finished. We do call 15-20 minutes prior to completion and send a notification again once the pet has been completed.

We do charge a late fee of $15 per additional 15 minute block past the appointment time.
